The Client Relations Department is an integral key to Agent/ISO growth. Our consultants provide training,
assistance and strategic advice designed to increase your profitability and expand your business, based on your
goals. Our associates assist with marketing development, portfolio analysis, training, information disbursement,
proposal preparations and much more.
A consultant will be assigned to your account to assist in the management of your merchant accounts, supporting and driving you to maximize sales and revenue.
Reporting
You can see live, online reports through our Daily Dashboard. View your merchant application status reports, residual
reports, transaction activity, merchant statements and more. First American will send you both text and email
alert notifications regarding important merchant information.
Pricing Model
Want to know what you’ll make on your next merchant account? Our Agents and ISOs have access to our proprietary,
web-based pricing model to see just that. Run pricing scenarios on your merchants and maximize profitability.
Customer Service
First American houses and employs its own Customer Service center. ISOs, Agents and merchants may contact Customer
Service via email or on our toll-free number, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. All representatives have access to a
translator for virtually any translation, free of charge.
Marketing
First American houses its own Marketing department to fill any requests for the company and its partners.
Our Marketing Team develops, designs and implements all of our materials including direct mail brochures,
letters, press releases, advertising, newsletters, mass emails, posters, etc.
